Not visible from the outside but good to know. There's quite a substantial food court downstairs at the Harbor Center. Obviously plenty of restrooms too. More than enough choice in this food court. Also a Dollar Store which is stocked very well. But here dime Canada 150 souvenirs for a dollar!

We were lucky to catch a break in the weather and saw the mountains surrounding Vancouver. Good to get your bearings in the city and we checked out where we wanted to walk to that afternoon. We purchased discount tickets from the tourist information centre near Canada Place. A little confusing as you enter the building, there us a desk... More

On our last day, we did a trip up to the top of the Lookout. The views really are amazing. With the mountains in the background, city, and water views...it is worth the trip up. One other thing that we were told at the desk is we could go up multiple times throughout the day to see the city at... More

Easy to get to, get tickets, and get up to the views. This was just a couple of blocks from our hotel and provided us an opportunity to visit the clock at Gastown as well. Good views.

From the very beginning the service was great! Welcoming and arranging personnels, cheap price for an activity you can do as many times as you want during a whole day! Once on top, the view is wonderful!! 360°! In Toronto one part is not visible; here you can see everything! We went there in the morning to have a view... More

Good price of $17.50 to go up in a lift that faces outwards and then when you get to the top there are endless views you can see. Each section of the window as some information about what you can see. On a clearer day you would be able to see quite far.

I was there in a rainny Day with fog but was good cause you can back by free in the same Day and when I came back for the second time the weather was better. You can see a great sightseen of the city.

We had half a day to kill on our last day in Vancouver so treated ourselves to a "long lunch" in the revolving restaurant... great views of all the places we had been during our stay, especially the bay area and Gastown from above. A good way to finish our amazing time in an amazing city... very Melbourne (Australia) is... More

Headed to this attraction late in the day but it was certainly worth the visit. Great exhibits and scenic views of downtown and the harbour. Truly appreciated the opportunity and the seniors discount.

We was recommend to go here on a rainy day etc as it wouldn't affect the attraction. Glad we did it. An awesome view of the whole city and beyond. Great staff when asking what some places where further in the distance. There is a gift shop on the level too. We was told by local tour company's that the... More

Staying in Gastown

Neighbourhood Profile
A visit to Gastown is like turning back the clock and stepping into a bygone era. With the distinction of being Vancouver's oldest neighborhood, the many plaques that stud the cobbled streets of Gastown tell the story of its colorful past, giving Vancouver's history a more lively presence here than anywhere else. Having been originally founded around a popular worker's saloon, it's no wonder that today some of Vancouver's best micro-breweries, creative cocktail joints, and corner bars can be found in this area. Classical charm suffuses its many vintage boutiques and the brick-built structures that an army of creative professionals call home.
