I attended an international conference here and it was brilliant. Well set out and very spacious with plenty of places to sit and rest. The only downside was the aircon was COLD! A little bit too cold.

It is open to the public at all times. The views from inside are magnificent. It is worth a stop to walk around the facility.

It depends on your hotel in Richmond. I usually budget about $40.00 taxi fare from downtown Vancouver to the airport. The skytrain is much cheaper and probably faster depending on traffic.
