We had a nice dinner (pulled pork poutine, burgers) here and a few good beers as well. Canada doesn't favor the super-hoppy beers that are popular in Midwestern America right now, but I thought their saison and brown ale were great.

Spent a few evenings in here during our recent stay, the staff were very helpful and the selection of beer was great and tasty. The Kilkerran Cumcumber ale was spot on

We spent a day eating and drinking our way through Vancouver after a cruise. This was by far the best food and drink we found. The pizza is to die for!

It's ok. That's the best I'll say. In the basement by the brewing vats it's definitely warm. So if you're already steamin' when you get there, you're clamshell will open up if they put you down there. :/

I had the summer ale, which was so delicious and refreshing on a summer afternoon. Friendly serving staff. The food was just okay.

Popped in late afternoon on a Sunday and took ourselves downstairs, to prop up the bar! The barman changed whilst we were there, but each one was friendly and happy to chat through the beers. Quite a big bowl of calamari - a good vibe...More

The atmosphere is what was the best experience, a very busy enterprise and broad space. The staff were helpful and certainly seemed to enjoy their work. I had a steamwork Pale Ale and I rate it 2/5. Just didn't have the stronger flavour I like...More

Gastown
A visit to Gastown is like turning back the clock and
stepping into a bygone era. With the distinction of
being Vancouver's oldest neighborhood, the many
plaques that stud the cobbled streets of Gastown tell
the story of its colorful past, giving Vancouver's
history a more lively presence here than anywhere
else. Having been originally founded around a popular
worker's saloon, it's no wonder that today some of
