We went to see the Nutcracker Ballet and it was absolutely beautiful! Let me put it this way..it is a better way to see men in tights than watching football!! No sweat, no dirt, no swear..just pure..beauty and elegance..in tights!

My partner and I have been to see Ballet B.C. many times, as well as other troupes...we are very fortunate to have so many choices with regard to the arts in Vancouver...always something on!

ballet BC's artistic director, Emily Molnar, is a curator of world class dance opportunity. in addition to setting her own work on her company, she invites world class choreographers to set their pieces on a versatile company. timeless performances that i wish would never end.

Worth seeing! Ballet BC has been in Vancouver for 25 years. It has recently undergone some big changes--it's a strong, small, lean company that is doing some interesting work.
