This is not only a great place to visit for its architectural beauty, but also worth visiting for the cultural program that is being offered. Haendel's Messiah, evening song,.....all kinds of cultural events are happening in this cathedral. So before visiting the building it helps...More

As a visitor attending the morning service, I was taken away at how friendly and welcoming the people are. The church itself is beautiful both inside and out. A good place to admire the architecture and stained glass work. After the morning service, one of...More

The Graduation Ceremony for St Andrews School held at Christ Church Cathedral, was a beautiful experience to remember. Beautifully, & thoughtfully planned & organized with full Mass. Wonderful speakers, choral singers with amazing individual singers, adding to the glory of the occasion. The young people...More

The setting of Victoria's Christ Church Cathedral allows you to experience both grandeur and warmth. During the 11:00 service I've always felt uplifted and at one with God. The music is of a very high standard and it is a joy to sing along to...More

This beautiful 1921 building is full of history and interesting facts and a spiritual refuge from busy days. Don't miss seeing the breathtaking stained glass windows and hearing the 10yr old Helmut Wolff organ.

Stopped in to view the massive Cathedral, was a good idea to come and find it. Visisted in the morning, it was quiet. Was great walking around and viewing the stained glass and pcitures. Paid parking in front of the church.

Very beautiful. The volunteer showed us around and told us fun facts, like there is a stone Winston Churchill laid. Old books are on display cross cut from World War2 grave is beautiful.

I agree that it is better to enjoy the church by viewing it without looking across the way yet the inside has not changed. While the tent city seems abhorrent, it is a statement of how the wealth of a nation is in the hands... More

There is no cost for admission and you can donate if you wish. It is heated and is open I think from around 0830 to 1800 at night so most of the day(may need to check times for closing).

There is no admission rate. There are tours of the bell tower...really worthwhile. You can just wander in and around the cathedral any day....I am not sure of the exact hours, sorry.
