Large mountain - plan out your ski days

Stay on top and you have good snow and less folks skiing. It can get slushy at the bottom slopes and crowded to due to the manner of the slopes all flowing to one place

Whether you're a beginner, intermediate or accomplished expert, Whistler Backcomb has plenty of terrain to keep you happy. The village has fine dining, bistros, and an assortment of casual dining choices, great shopping and a variety of other things to keep everyone busy. My favorite place to ski/snowboard.

Drove up from Vancouver to visit this place. The drive in it self is and experience. The Sea to Sky highway is very picturesque and takes your breath away. Whistler is essentially a winter sport place and in summers mountain biking is popular there as well. The amount of things to do there are so many that a whole holiday... More

Absolutely fantastic, couldn't fault it went out of season and saw numerous bears thanks to Whistler Photo Safaris c/o Jason Coleman, what a great man who taught us loads about bears, their character and ways and other animals too. The main town was great, full of shops and more restaurants than you could shake a stick at, such diversity of... More

A sip of coffee in Rendez-Vous restaurant looking at the views from here has different taste each season. Perfect spot for skiing, snowshoeing, hiking or simply relaxing & enjoying the views.

As a skier I loved the wideness of these slopes. I felt at times I was ski-ing on my own as I was not constantly having to dodge people. The routes are clearly marked with name and colour so you have no issues with not knowing where you are and what route to take

Whistler is a wonderful place to be. I've been skiing at Whistler about a dozen times over the last 20 years. This year I enjoyed wonderful mid May skiing. But it's not just the skiing. The pedestrian only village is delightful with every type of restaurant, bar or accommodation. Whistler offers great cross country skiing and mountain biking. And if... More
