Went out with Laura on the sunrise tour. Drove out of town on the backroads. Beautiful scenery and saw a momma bear and baby! Great time!

We decided last minute to book this as we hadn't seen any bears on our whole trip through the Rockies. I saw a bear on the trip but he had gone back into the woods when everyone else started to loo, only me and the guide sa him but he was definitely there!!! But hey ho that is nature and... More

Yes, we had a good, long view of a bear. Yes, it was exciting! But not the most exciting part of the tour. We visited the majestic Alexander Falls, some amazing rapids, and a crystal clear lake. We saw a huge bee hive, beautiful fungi, and stunning forests. We even stopped to take photos of a yarn bomb. This was... More

The first ten minutes were spectacular. We had a great view of Alexander Falls and saw a rainbow over the valley. Although we went two full hours without seeing a bear, the last fifteen minutes made the search worth it! Our guide, Sarah, was friendly, informative and determined to get us a bear viewing. She took us on several routes... More

same experience as many before pick up at the hotel 2h drive through the mountains waterfall and nice views but no (!!!) animals - not only no bears, no animals at all that is not the reason for 1 star, that is nature and can happen but we had to pay the full price for 2 adults and 1 child... Extremely disappointed by our experience, I understand that there's a good chance on the tours that you may not see a bear even though it is advertised as a bear watching tour but I don't expect to be lied to by the person manning their phones. I meet a lot of locals in whistler who warned me not to go... More

Another "bucket list" checked, what an amazing time of year, very cold but we were traveling from Dallas and it was still home and wanted to see some snow, and snow we saw!!! The driver was originally from Australia what a nice young man so funny and we were very comfortable with him and his driving, very efficient! We were... More

We usually are very careful on booking tours , we do a lot of research and think ten times before we actually book. Especially my husband loves to play xplore everything by himself. we somehow dodged a bullet on this, it was a boring tour, just 2 hours sitting in a 4 wheel drive and trying to spot a bear. What... We were all so excited to go and see bears! We were picked up promptly at hotel. We were then driven along the highway before turning off road and headed straight up to the top of the mountain. We passed several fast dirt buggies (very noisy) before reaching the top of the mountain. Got out for a snap. Then another... More

Very clever wording in the brochure had us a little prematurely excited about this tour. We did not see any animals, however we understand that was always a risk. It takes you a little out of whistler down roads I could have driven my self very easily. Save your self a significant amount of money and drive up and down... More
