We found this falls while driving the area looking for bears. It is near the Olympic Park(?). There are some picnic tables and it appeared there were trails to other areas but we did not have time to explore them. There is a platform from...More

Tourist information promised good bear sighting opportunities on the road leading to the falls but unfortunately not a sign of any wildlife during the sidetrip. The Winter Olympics site was also closed and the road terminated at Alexander Falls. Beautiful falls as many others in...More

This falls is a bit out of the way at the top of the road leading to the Olympic site. It does not include a walk, just a car park and viewing platform. But it is worth a quick look also it forms part of...More

Really nice waterfall in the forest, really easy access from the carpark. We drove a couple of minutes up the road and saw a black bear on the side of the road which was awesome too! great area to explore!

This water fall is a short drive outside of Whistler and always a nice place to visit, we go there everytime we are up in Whistler. Easy to reach with great parking.

A beautiful excursion from Whistler to Sea to Sky Gondola. Stop by the falls and basque in it's beauty! I'll never get bored of British Columbia, the most beautiful and inspiring area I've ever visited. The falls are spectacular, but show me one that isn't!

It was a short drive to the Alexander falls from Whistler. A mama black bear with 2 cubs happily munching on grass by the side of the road was an unexpected sight en route! Also the walk on tightly packed snow from the parking lot...More

Make sure your phone is charged. The waterfalls are a sight of nature that needs too be seen no doubt. GPS doesn't know so follow the signs.

There is no access to the falls, plus it is also in bear country and you have to keep at least 100 metres from the bears. Plus there is no way down to the river as it too high. Hope this answers your question

If I remember correctly There is a sign indicating Alexander Falls. It will be on your left hand side, it's just a sloping gravel road leading to a small parking lot and a viewing platform for the Falls. The previous two... More
