This is a lovely inukshuk located on the beach of Hudson Bay. Though be aware of polar bears, during the season. There are also seats and fire pits near the inukshuk to watch the ocean.

This was another stop on our town tour, great for selfies at a wonderful inukshuk, finding the perfect (small) rock on the beach. We had no wind but huge waves tumbling onto the shore. Might see a polar bear there...

A beautiful Inukshuk with Hudson Bay in the background, a perfect spot to witness the Northern Lights if you are lucky enough to have clear skies.

Well there are things to see. There is a boat... the Beluga. There are stairs down to the beach. There are Polar Bear warning signs. The community center and the rest of the town is just inland.

The winter winds blow with gusto...the ice forms along the shore. The waves appear to be frozen in mid air...a most lovely, magical site.

We traveled on Bay Shore Road in a shuttle touring Churchill before we left. Beautiful rocky landscape and tundra. It allows you to see how massive the bay is and you also spot a wrecked airplane, Miss Piggy along with a squatter's camp. It's a...More

We took a brief drive around looking for anything more after an amazing trip. We saw a red fox who seemed to be hunting. It was breezy so we didn't walk around much. Right behind the Town Center we had pictures taken and later stopped...More
