New Brunswick's Festival Place welcomes you to enjoy a taste of Market Square's finest as you shop, eat, play, and explore! Open from first coffee 'til last call, seven days a week, year round, we are proud to act as the cornerstone of Uptown Saint John! It's the perfect place to shop, dine, relax or play. We've saved the best for last, though: one of our finest features, the Boardwalk! Head out to our waterfront patio for some delicious food from our world-class chefs and a refreshing pint of Moosehead, and any other favourites to whet your whistle!

This is a dining, shopping, entertainment complex. Several restaurants and pubs, some with water views. Entertainment some evenings. It also holds a museum and a public library. This is the place to park for several downtown hotels. An elevator takes you right into the Hilton...More

Market square is a great spot for a quick bite, something fresh and local and local crafts. Beautifully done and a must see.

The Market Square has lovely street art that is funny too. Makes you smile. There is a library, a crosswalk inside the building, a food court/multiple restaurants and other shops too. Nice place!

Surprised to find so many shops in such a small space. The walk along the broad walk at St. John harbour front is the port of call for many cruise liners which leads to the market place some good places to eat as well or...More

Good Morning crystalwW7776AX, Thank you for your review of Market Square. The escalators to the second level from the Atrium are now functioning very well. In the event that any of the escalators in Market Square are not working, there is a public elevator from...More

It's truly a shame what has been lost between the opening of Market Square and now. There were such great retailers and a huge food court at one time. Now it consists of restaurants and a very few shops. It would be nice to see...More

We were in Market Square coming and going to dine and to the museum while visiting St. John. We loved the street art, especially the tall "clock" with sculpture "people" seated at its base. The entire area is inviting.
