We've biked the trail from Grand Pre to Kingston and are hoping to do the other half someday soon. The conditions of the trail are highly variable -- the best sections are those for Active Transportation use only, as the sections that are shared with ATVs tend to be riddled with potholes and loose gravel. Despite some tough conditions in parts, the trail is totally passable on city/hybrid bikes. Lots of good pubs, restaurants and attractions along the way. Literally stumbled on tis railway. We arrived at low tide and walked the trial a bit. Went to lunch at the Lightfoot Vineyard (make reservations) and then came back for high tide. AMAZING!

We have bicycled this trail from wolfville to New Minas, the last bit near New Minas is paved! The rest is fine gravel and well maintained. Easy to bicycle. It is perfectly isolated from the main road, as you ride through forest, field, and orchard you forget that civilization is only a few hundred meters away.

Just biked the trail from Wolfville to Coldbrook. Started biking the trails last summer.Only done a few trails to date. This is the second best so far in my opinion ,The Best i have traveled so far was the salt marsh trail in Cole Harbour.

We've cycled all sections of trail with exception of the portion from Bridgetown to Lawrencetown. The section from Berwick to Lawrencetown is not suitable for cycling, it varies between deep sand and bone jarring ruts which make for a very unpleasant experience. The trail from Gran Pre to Berwick however is in good condition with nice views and tree lined areas which provides great shade on hot days.

I biked from Wolfville to Grand Pre (8km round trip). Trail is in excellent condition. I notice many folks leaving the trail to bike around the dikes and farm land. Might try that next time :)

This is an easy, flat walk with intermittent views of the Bay of Fundy, interspersed with public art installations, and signs with history of the area and natural history. Lots of wildflowers in spring and summer.
