It's really worth taking the time to learn about the history behind these gardens. The design, the plants, the Acadian cottage ... all right out of the history books. If you're a fan of gardens and spectacular scenery, or you're a macro-lens photo-hound, this is a great place to visit. Enjoy the hike!

Amazing and full of surprises! Incredible staff. I wanted to take my 85 ywar old father there, but he has great difficulty walking. They had a complimentary scooter for him to use!! It was awesome and we had So. Much. Fun. Worth the visit, even if you're not a gardener.

We enjoyed a relaxing and peaceful hour walking around the gardens. Beautiful roses and a Japanese water garden. Nice shop too.

Very nice gardens, we went there in late September but there was still a lot of nices flowers and overall the gardens were really pretty. Very peaceful and quiet, I loved this visit. Several types of gardens inside worth the visit : for example the giant flowers one and the roses garden that were especially beautiful.

Couldn't justify spending $50.00 for admission when a lot of the flowers etc. weren't in bloom yet. We were there in early June

A big thank you to all the volunteers who certainly outdone themselves with this year's ghostly and wicked garden walk!

We stayed right across the street and spent most of the day here. Even thought it was September we still found it to be outstanding. When in season, can just imagine the rose gardens.

The rose garden was in bloom again, such a variety of beautiful roses of every description and colour. Some very interesting sculptures in the gardens. A little house tucked away in the trees, lots of lovely gardens and plans, lovely paths to follow, a sweet little pond; a lovely place to relax. Would be very impressive in the summer and... More

We visited here the day after a serious storm and were so pleased to see the paths raked, debris moved out of the way, and so many plants still in bloom, especially the roses. It's easy walking through the large gardens, with inviting benches at different spots. Many plants are named, a real plus for gardeners. The gift shop has... More
