Great place for kids.

This is a great place for kids ten and under to really enjoy a hands on experience and learn in all areas. It has some quite detailed exhibits.

The museum looked old and many of the interactive exhibits appeared to be poorly maintained. Our five-year-old and three-year-old were entertained for a while I doubt one could spend more than an hour or two. I appreciated the focus on STEM and the exhibit on Canada's north was impressive (perhaps because it was still new).

Never a dull moment at the children's museum. Lots of interactive areas for the kids to play and explore in. Can easily keep the buys for a few hours moving from each area. Love the space station they have set up.

We have a yearly family pass for the London Children's Museum (LCM). We bought it because it can be used at other scientific learning centers in Canada. The LCM is an okay place to visit, best if your children are younger. The displays are quite old and have been well used. There are often special events held at the LCM... More

Wonderful staff coping with an aging facility that needs serious TLC. We had kids ranging from 2 to 7 and they were only borderline engaged. Only few exhibits are interactive. We managed to spend a few hours all the same but only because it was cold and nothing better outdoors. They don't have a good court so come prepared if... More

First, ignore reviews that this place is 'run down'. We drove several hours from Michigan to go, and it was more than worth it! (I looked for things 'less than perfect' which included: a crane that didn't work, a little chipped paint, and few missing stove knobs. That's it.) First of all there are three LARGE floors of things to... More

Yes, it's a tad dated and yes it's in need of some updates, but this attraction is a fun and interactive way to learn. Our family was good with a half-day (younger kids). Enjoy lots of daily events with the enthusiastic staff. Pros: + Dinosaurs exhibit: dress up like a dinosaur! "dig" for fossils! explore a dino cave! + My... More
