Went today with a friend. We were a little concerned about the trails not being very clear because of the snow, but all the way there are yellow marks on the trees to guide you. The lady on the information centre is very kind and...More

Although a wonderful summer spot, this green space park has ideal winter snowshoeing and cross country skiing trails! Parking is free of cost. There is a small visitor's center with washrooms. Trails are very natural; but, not particularly groomed nor supervised.

This is a lovely area to hike and explore throughout the year. The path takes you through the woods and around the ponds making it difficult to believe you are still in the city.

Spent a whole day walking around here. We saw some wonderful wildlife and it was so relaxing walking around. Some of the paths are not well signposted, but we used our compass and was easy to get around

It's a beautiful park area, the site of a rehab center for Vets, now no longer in use. The old 'barrack' foundations are there as well as the old hospital, sadly in disrepair. Pity it can't be restored. We go for walks while waiting for...More

One of our favourite places to hike in the city. There are a few trails to choose from and all are easy. Winter or summer there's lots of nature to absorb.

Westminster Ponds has many different trails and ponds and is a great place for bird watching and looking for wildlife. There are hundreds of plant species. You can walk for hours and hours through Westminster Ponds.
