This was pretty cool. They have on display the actual barrels and other crafts that dare devils used to brace Niagara Falls. It is illegal to do this now. There is some historic videos, as well, playing. Totally worth the price of admission if you...More

For an extra small fee, this was an interesting addition to the Imax movie experience. It featured the actual assorted vessels that people foolishly used to get their 15 minutes of fame by braving the falls.

I use a walker and a mobility scooter and have 2 prosthetic legs. I am very aware of accessibility issues. There was no problem here. The exhibit is a small area off the IMAX lobby. They charge $3 more for this along with the Imax...More

Quirky little museum about the people who went over the Falls in various contraptions. Small and interesting, only takes about 25 minutes start to finish. You can add IMAX tickets too. The movie runs every hour and is a great immersion into the history of...More

This collection of craft designed to ride over Niagara Falls is well-presented. Each contraption is explained and the results of the trip are shown in descriptions and photos. I came away shaking my head. Difficult to believe that many people have challenged Niagara Falls.

This was a great IMAX experience and the museum is quite unimpressive--for the first 30 seconds, until you start the self guided tour. Once you start reading the history, you will become fascinated--I guarantee. The staff are wonderful and engaging.

The I max movie was crappy but the "museum" was cool with the details and actual / replicas of the things people went over the falls in. Make sure you get a coupon before you go - it's not worth the full price.

Small museum but very interesting history. The actual barrels and devices used were great. Crazy stories of all the adventurers Great add on to imax movie while waiting.

This was part of our tour package and it was a nice presentation of the survivors and those who perished in their trips over the Falls. Fun and informative and you can complete it in 30-45 minutes.

Can we see this without buying an IMAX ticket? I don't see that anyone addresses this. I'm not interested in going to a movie but I would like to see this exhibit?

Yes, you can see the museum separately. The movie does give you a good background of the pieces in the museum though.
