Where is a better place to enjoy sunny spring day then Botanical Gardens?. Lush, green, full with blooms. Gardens were first opened in 1936, grounds are divided into different sections, rock gardens, grasses, vegetables, flowering trees and bushes. There is Horticultural Institute and Butterflies Conservatory on the grounds. Horse carriage available for hire. Grounds are not clearly marked and posted... More

The Gardens were beautiful. Such pretty trees, flowers and shrubs. Loved the Butterfly Observatory too.

Wander these beautiful Botanical Gardens then take your picnic lunch to a nearby shady park area for some peaceful rest and relaxation. Beautiful!

They have a great variety of plants here. We were here early in the year but they still had great plants!

We have visited the gardens in so many occasions and still can not get enough. If you love flowers this is a must see place. Only a few minutes from the falls. Or add it to one of your tourn.

Went to the Botanical Gardens before viewing the falls and actually enjoyed this visit just as much as the falls!

Free for the 5.00 parking fee, a good way to enjoy a sunny afternoon. The flowers of course are seasonal, from spring bulbs now, to beautiful roses later in the summer.

The Botanical Gardens are also home to the only Master Gardners' School in Canada. The Gardens show all manner of plants, trees and flowers that are from this unique region of Canada. Save at least an hour and 30 minutes for this visit. While in the region, visit Niagara Falls and the entire river from Niagara-on-the-Lake on Lake Ontario to... More

This is not in the main tourist area of Niagara (you'll probably want to rent a car to get here and parking is not included in the entry price) but worth a visit.
