Just along the recreational trail along the Niagara River Parkway on the outskirts of town, this market has excellent lunches, great produce, fresh cooked corn, and a great ice cream bar. We have been making Walkers Market a midway break stop on our biking route...More

Outside the town of Niagara-on-the-lake, about ten minutes on the parkway is a lovely market. Their fruit and vegetables are fresh. They had so many peaches, plumbs and vegetables as well. Inside there were even more options: jams, nuts, ice-cream, chocolates and many more. The...More

Stopped for lunch while on a bike tour along the Parkway. Great turkey sandwich for me, and egg salad for my wife. Picked up some jams and toffee, as well as apple butter and flax bread. Very nice!

OK, the main reason that I stop here, to be honest, is to use the public washrooms geared for buses and cars and hordes of tourists who stop to check out the minuscule church nearby and also to purchase some tasty fruit. The best place...More

Stopped in to check out this location while we were biking along the adjacent trial. Great selections of local produce and food. Problem with biking is I should have brought a bigger back pack to carry stuff back to our hotel.

We stopped while bicycling by to pick up some fruit and a sandwich for lunch. Very tasty inexpensive pre-made turkey sandwich. The cherries were tasty. Nice variety of gift and specialty food items.

Depending on the time of year will determine what fruit you will find . This place has a feel good, supporting the local farmer kind of feel to it. Fresh strawberries were plentiful on this visit, last year was cherry season when we stopped in.
