This little museum has been around forever. It's full of antiques and memorabilia. There is a person to answer any questions you might have. There is no charge to enter but it's nice to make a donation to help keep the place going.

We stumbled upon this charming museum while visiting "Niagara on the Lake". The curator was informative, and shared her knowledge of the past workings of the apothecary.

Take your time and you will enjoy this back on the 1800's. It is incredible the amount of detail for all medicine, (and fake stuff) prepared to cure and to make the people feel better. They made pills and unguents for everything on those days....More

This is a fascinating depiction of a historic apothecary. It is free to enter although making a donation is definitely warranted. Lots of historic artifacts and right in downtown. Definitely felt like you were stepping back in time.
