It's very long so you can choose how long you'd like to go for. A lot of it is very flat. It's somewhat lit up at night so even an evening stroll is nice.

If you're coming to Ottawa, a visit to the historic Rideau Canal is a must! Snaking and making its way gracefully through Ottawa's charming downtown core. In summer lots of boats, sailing and canoing, in the winter is an ice skatiing place.
