Nice area

Numerous restaurants, coffee shops etc. and older buildings in the area. OK for some browsing and people watching.

There are some good restaurants and art galleries in this area but it is not the best in town.

Some nice restaurants and pretty older houses, but it's only a block long and also contains some empty lots and one historic building that no one has money to renovate. The description above makes it sound way more interesting than it really is.
