A hands on museum featuring 29 planes including the 1st Beaver float plane produced. 2 award winning movies including Wildfires! A fire fighting adventure in 3-D. Take a ride in the flight simulator, climb an actual fire tower enjoy fun times in our Children's Centre. Open 10-4 mid October to mid May, 9 - 6 mid May to mid October 7 days a week. Closed Good Friday, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

Stopped by while in town travelling. Great museum. Friendly staff. Museum is great, amazing assortment of planes, providing lots of information. A few short movies to watch too! Great for all ages!

If you have nothing else to so give it a try. Seniors pay $11.00 (I realized i'm 55). Watched a movie on water bombers, looked at old planes etc. Overall, not great. Am I glad I went? It killed some time.More

I've gone to this CBHC a couple of times and i think that what really engages me to visit again and again is it is not a stuffy museum, its a place that you can touch things and see round corners that in the bigger...More

This is a very well laid out museum. A wonderful collection of planes along with a helicopter, some vehicles , displays and theatres. The wild fire movie is not to be missed. Gift shop on site, washrooms and very nice people running the museum.

Great history of bush aviation. Knowledgeable staff. Good movies. Being able to go into some of the planes was nice.

$12 for adults, $11 for seniors, $7 for students, $3 for children. Children under 5 are free with an adult. These are in Canadian dollars. It is worth it !
