WOW! Everyone who rides has heard of the Slickrock trail, and it's been a lifelong dream of mine to ride it. What I didn't know or expect was the variety of terrain and trails within 1/2 hour of Moab. I booked a 5 day tour with Sacred Rides. We stayed in a great condo at the south end of town.... More

The best mountain biking experience I will cherish my whole life! The guides were knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging! Accommodation was out of this world. Fernie brings it when it comes to trails and the scenery and riding is just spectacular. Extremely well organised and run. O hope to book another Sacred ides trip somewhere in the world soon! Thank you... More

As the previous rider said, the scenery can't be beat. In our case, the group was small, which could be good. However it ment there was just one guide and she was responsible for everything. Too much for one person to do. As a result, some things were by the seat of our pants, including finding trail heads, last minute... More

This summer I booked a trip with Sacred Rides Mountain Bike Holidays on the advice of a friend who'd been with them before. i booked their Rocky Mountain Singletrack trip: 8 days in the Rockies of BC. The trip was one of the best I've ever been on: everything, from the lodging, to the guides, to the food, was top-notch.... More

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.
