It's hard to imagine Toronto without the 'skydome'. Been to so many events here from Argo and Blue Jay games to monster jam. Staff is always courteous, tons of bathrooms and as clean as can be expected. Food and beer is expensive as is expected. I don't know what I'll do once "ice....cold......beer" man retires.

If your visiting from out of town, and have never been to a Jays game, you want to sit on the third base line. That way the sun is behind you. Sitting on the first baseline, if you don't pay attention, you have the risk of getting a foul ball in the face as the sun can be blinding. Other... More

Came here for a ball game with the family in August of 2016. The Blue Jays were playing the Rays and it was our first time visiting this stadium. It was a really nice park! Everyone was very friendly. Food was typical of ballparks. We lucked out and had nice weather, so the roof was open. We are big followers... More

Blue Jay Game for family. Great seats. Good Game. (Blue Jays won.) Grandchildren first time- dome was open good weather. Arrived too late for snacks .... however when touring hallway - games played won Blue Jays momentos (very excited with Blue Jays Water Bottles.) We were seated behind the catcher's net and we were fortunate enough to 'catch a ball.'... More

Where do I begin, other than the sheer rush of everyone trying to get to their seat, everything about this show screams AWESOME!!! This show is not only for the little girls who dream to become a disney princess or the little boys who enjoy a little adventures of space rangers and hoe downs, but also for the parents, who... A great place to catch a ball game, the fans are great and it's a lot of fun. There is a ticket price to fit any budget. Try to go on a sunny day as with the dome open it's a lovely day.

Awesome place to be with your friends watching a good ole fashioned game of baseball! I do recommend getting drinks/food before or after because it can be quite pricey.

An amazing state-of-the-art venue to take in live sports concerts and festivals. Food and drink are a little pricey; try and grab something to eat at one of the many fine restaurants surrounding Rogers Centre.

Clean and friendly facility that is showing some age. We really enjoyed the ballgame but the upper deck where we sat is so far away from the action and the seating is so steep that a few of the people in our group experienced vertigo symptoms. If and when we go again, we will be purchasing tickets in the lower... More

Staying in Downtown West

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
