I have been going to these gardens for years and after the floods in 2005 many areas have never been properly restored. Also there are much fewer flowers this year for some reason. What is also unfortunate is the large number of visitors who ignore posted signs and smoke, picnic, BBQ, ride bikes etc. with no regard for others' enjoyment... More

Went here with a group for hiking in the nearby hiking trail and end up in the garden with my friend..lied on its beautiful grass lawn. You can always see photo shoot ongoing with newly married couples..famous for a post wedding photo shoot. The plants have descriptions...learned names of different species of flowers/plants. First garden to see with my husband.

It is a good place to start your exploration of the parklands off Eglinton East. Parking is limited and difficult on weekends. Don't know if , as a tourist, I would venture here by public transport. There is no direct access. On Thursdays there is a small, expensive organic market. Lovely lush grounds.

Edwards Gardens has changed since we last time we visited it twenty years ago. I was amazed of all the changes they did to this place, it was like Butchart Gardens in B.C. We had a nice relaxing walk through parts of the gardens. It is a very busy and popular location in Toronto.

Great place to go on a date or take your kids! Little trails everywhere that are fun for kids, ducks in the ponds, beautiful gardens. Don't take your pets as they are prohibited. Best time to visit: spring/summer, but it's honestly still pretty in the wintertime.

There are some nice flowers and plants presented. You can also take a stroll along the stream. The place can be crowded on the weekends.

Popular with newlyweds, it's common to see photoshoots during the day. Lots of furry critters for kids to chase. Also "the spot" where kids get stoned.

This is really a manicured park with a variety of old - young - people with walkers - wedding photography - sit and smell the roses and a wonderful horticultural library. They have a organic market outside and inside during the winter. Beautifully maintained and a learning garden for both adults and children
