We took this trip to mark our first wedding anniversary - cheesy I know! Anyway we were picked up on a wet morning in Toronto and set on our way. Our tour guide was great - friendly, gave us plenty of information but wasn't in your face which allowed time to enjoy the day. Stops included Niagara On The Lake,... More

Start early in morning with long drive to falls. Driver kept us informed about the way, upcoming towns, lake ontario, geographical features and everything. Majestic falls with grace and glory. Must to visit the tunnel below to feel the real water power.

Love the beautiful Niagara region. Wine and dine. Tea shop. Stroll Main Street at Niagara on the Lake. Play some games at the casino. Great outlet shopping at St Catherines. All these are excellent activities that you can enjoy.

It was a wonderful trip to Niagara Falls. We took our visitors from England to see one of the wonders of the world. What an experience to feel the thunder of the falls up close (on the boat tour)

This was the highlight of the trip. We got picked up from a hotel which took us straight to Niagara. The journey there was really interesting the tour guide was extremely knowledgable and made the journey and the whole day fly by. The falls speak for themselves they are amazing and could sit and watch them all day. The stop... More

If you want to see the falls, see them from Canada. The Canadian side has much better views and that is just the plain truth. You can get good photo opportunities on the ship, but I believe my better photos took place off the ship. Plus it gets wet on the ship and there is no avoiding that. But it's... More

I have been there in all seasons, and each one of them have something special. December to March with almost all the fall water at freezing point is just unforgeable. December and January other than frozen cascade you can enjoy the light festival. March to June spring is in full, flowers, plants all growing. July to October is just a... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
Midtown is a dynamic part of Toronto with some of its most stylish high-rise residences and heritage buildings. The area sees busy shoppers with bag-laden arms balancing lattes in paper cups as they travel from one luxury brand to the next, taking advantage of the proximity of high-end shops. The reflecting pools, jogging trails, and nature treks of the Rosehill Revision are always a hub of outdoor activity, and after a workout from either running or splurging, many take advantage of the spas and massage parlors Midtown has to offer. Away from the bakeries, boutiques, and glamorous old theaters of the district's center, locals use the weekend to embrace the more suburban feel of Midtown's parks, tennis courts, outdoor markets, and the manicured grounds of Casa Loma, while families indulge the area's state-of-the-art playground and learning facilities. Of course, no high-brow district is complete without a healthy counter-culture: Midtown boasts some of the wildest street art and full-wall graffiti of any neighborhood in Toronto.
