Pleasantly surprised when we visited this park after not being there for decades. Pretty pathways and marina. A few different beaches as well. Definitely worth spending a few hours in the sunshine there.

You have to drive a ways through Scarborough to get there but if you've run out of other spots nearer to Toronto this is a nice spot. Long walks along the pebble beach and bluffs are a pleasant if not spectacular diversion.

I have seen dogs there,and possibly in the water. A couple of others have mentioned this, but I can't remember if the dogs were off leash. There are lots of visitors, so maybe not.

we found the upper park using Google maps. I just asked for directions to Scarborough Bluffs. 61 Undercliff Drive is the address that comes up. that takes you to the park up top.
