Learn about the birth of Canadian Club whisky and the history of Hiram Walker. You will experience a guided tour through the original 1894 office building, a replica of a 16th Century Italian Renaissance Palace, highlighting the periods of the Prohibition Era. We’ll visit the Speakeasy and see where the gangster meetings took place, the boardroom that now features group of seven paintings, and the sampling room that outlines our key markets. The building is incredible with the details, the history and the water views. The tour was very informative, interesting and educational. I would love to go back and do it again. A nice whiskey tasting at the end in the bank section. One of my favorite tours!!

We went for her first time even though we lived in the area all our lives. A real good history lesson with lots of neat things to see and learn. We are very sad to hear of it soon to closing and despite times by local government the company is going to close anyways. It will be a great loss... More

Long time resident, first time to visit the centre during a Christmas party tour. Old world craftsmanship, beautiful wood and ironwork. Lots of history. Plans to close the centre was in the news recently, I don't think the company knows the signififcant value this place has to the community Check it out, great for those who enjoy history/architecture, not a... Rich history of Hiram Walker, and the family ties to Henry Ford, Thomas Edison and Al Capone! The architecture is... More

Amazing grounds. Great history. Can't beat the collection of paintings by the group of 7. Go back in time to prohibition era and see how smuggling was done.
