Just perfect

I wandered around here all afternoon; i saw three other people. Dozens of kilometers of lovely paths, raised paths, bridges, little lookouts, hidden benches. A treat.

After some frustration (construction, filth and tons of homeless folks) with trying to enjoy Montreal with young children we decided to head away from the city center. We came here and it was perfect. Parking was $7-9 depending on length of stay. The grounds and trails are well kept. We took the "frog trail" only 3km round trip as we... More

Been visiting this park for years (since my kids were little) and as always it was clean, beautiful and takes you away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We took 2 trails on our walk, the blue one and the green one, and the whole walk took around 1.5 hours. The green trail is more forest-y so you might want to think about bringing bug spray! We parked on a residential street just off of the Rue Gouin so we didn't have to pay for parking in the... More

I moved out of the City last year to settle with my family at walking distance from the Bois de Liesse nature park, and couldn't be happier with our choice. It is simply fantastic to have such a great park at your doorstep. Ever since we've moved here we have thoroughly enjoyed the 10+km trails - it's perfect for a... More

Since I live within walking distance I truly appreciate this Bois-de-liesse for all it offers all year round. Although I do suggest avoiding the woods during the summer months as the mosquitos are crazy during such time. But, spring, fall and winter are amazing. Miles and miles of walking, hiking, running, biking, snow shoeing, and cross country skiing trails. Dog... More

This is a wonderful medium-sized park that has fabulous groomed cross-country ski trails from Dec. 15 - March 15. That depends on snow conditions, but this year they have lots of snow. The trails are easy, moderate, and difficult. All are beautifully groomed and set in gorgeous woods. It is a 25 minute drive from downtown Montreal and there are... More

The trails are flat but close by and free. It's good to exercise in the fresh air and we look forward to having some snow to ski on soon

We live very close to this hidden gem. If you want a fun place to take a stroll, bike, run (in the summer), cross country ski or snowshoe, then this is the place for you.
