Located in the historic district of Old Lachine, the Sisters of Saint Anne Historic Centre is open free of charge to anyone and everyone who would like to know more about religious order, convent life and how the Sisters of Saint Anne have made their mark in Quebec and other places around the world.While you are immerse in the atmosphere of an authentic 19th century convent, your tour of the different exhibits at the Historic Centre will show you the special destiny of Blessed Marie Anne Blondin, a woman ahead of her time, and the religious order she founded 160 years ago. The temporary exhibits shed light on little-known aspects of the Congregation.

I visited the Sisters of Saint Anne Historic Centre in Lachine and I was quite surprised by the collections of objects and paintings and as well about the building itself. There was a guided tour, who really helped me to understand everything about their lifes....More
