Terrible experience. The manager was a rude and creepy man, and the (unlicensed) massage therapist gave me an unexpected boob massage. If this is your thing, that's your business, but I have had at least a hundred massages, and a professional will ask if it's okay to expose your torso. Very uncomfortable. The people at MBioSpa are polite, courteous, professional, and very friendly. The prices are very competitive. The services are top of the line and the staff are highly qualified. I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage done and came out feeling like new. I have gone to a lot of massage therapist and Luc was one of the best.... More

It definitely wasn't a bad experience, not was it worth going back. The service was fine, the facilities middle of the road, and the treatments were also just okay. It just wasn't worth the money spent, so I wouldn't recommend it.

I have many injuries and the Athlete Massage by Luc Paquin was on par with those I've received through medical centers around the world. Not only did was he thorough enough to accomplish lymphatic drainage, but he applied the correct pressure at the right points. He also was thorough in attending to my neck and should pain which is the... More

Dad had a deep tissue massage, mom had a Swedish massage and daughter had a hot stone massage. It was phenomenal. We feel very relaxed and recommend their service! They are professionals and know exactly what they're doing. We highly recommend them and have booked 2 more sessions!

Stephanie is a very good massage therapist. She treated me for shoulder pain and was very attentive and gave me very good stretches to continue treatment. She also recommended the proper treatment (I had originally booked a massage type that would not have been quite as effective). I have also had good experiences with their aestheticians as well, very friendly... More

Staying in Quartier des Spectacles

Neighbourhood Profile
Quartier des Spectacles
The bar-none entertainment district for music and arts, Quartier des Spectacles is an interactive playground that delights the senses. It totals over 30 performance halls, with the vibrant Place des Festivals at its heart. The outdoor event space features glowing towers, glass edifices, and granite-lined bike paths, and hosts annual festivals, concerts, and comedy nights. The cinema, theatres, and exhibition centres are entwined with external art projects, exemplified at Montreal's Contemporary Art Museum and appearing along every walkway of the Promenade des Artistes in the form of sculpture and public works, from digitally-enhanced swingsets to glowing fountains. Design, performance, and alternative music come together here, a stone's throw from the lively Latin Quarter along Rue Saint-Denis, the quintessential after-party spot for dinner and a drink following a day of jazz, poetry and play.
