Comedyworks is Montreal's longest-standing comedy club, located in the middle of downtown in it's original classically intimate venue on Bishop Street. Five shows a weekend plus open mic on Sunday and Mondays, improv on Tuesdays, and sketch comedy on Wednesdays. Great food available, prepared fresh on premises. Souther BBQ, fried chicken, burgers, etc. Daily food and drink specials. Plus: free late night karaoke!

Went to see headline act Ron Joson, who was very funny. Had a a superb compere and supporting acts. Small intimate venue, you will be engaged with, so no shy types! Traditional stand-up, but quite risque. Great night, only gripe - no rosé!

Wish we had known in advance we could get good eats, but the COmedy was great and the service good too. Young Harrison was a pleasant surprise of the evening, while Casey Corbin had us laughing out loud. Great venue, great fun.

3 comedians. Very interactive with audience. Funny. Good drinks, skip the food, very greasy. Bar staff are very nice.

We always visit this club when we are in Montreal... usually once a year. They never disappoint. Last visit I laughed so hard my face hurt.
