We did the tour of the Chateau Frontenac and it was really worthwhile. Got to see the grand ballroom and learned a lot about the history of the hotel and was especially interesting to see the photographs of Roosevelt and Churchill who planned the Normandy landings here. The guide was happy to answer questions and we stayed after to take... More

Book two tours - The Chateau Frontenac and the Christmas Tour. The tour of the chateau was nice, gave an overview the hotel and we were able to see a few of the ballrooms. The Christmas Tour was great, as we were the only two on the tour, so it turned into a private tour. The guide was very informative... More

My wife and I took the tour of the Chateau Frontenac. Our tour guide came in costume, and did a good job of staying in character throughout the tour. We loved the tour. The hotel is beautiful and we had access to places in the hotel that we would not have had otherwise. We also learned about the history of... More

We just completed the 2 hour walking tour of Quebec City with our guide "Mary Murphy" today. A very informative, fun way to see Old Quebec including the Holy Door and some of the back street attractions one could easily walk by without seeing. She also recommended Chez Temporel which we went to for lunch right after the tour, Fantastic... More

We arrived on a Holland America cruise ship and booked our tour through Cicerone for Quebec City. Bernard was our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and showed us quite a bit of the area. I would definitely recommend Cicerone for a tour of the area.

Herve was our guide and was just terrific. Knowledgable and friendly. Saw everything and went out to two good restaurants for lunch. Wonderful classy city. A top place to visit. Tip: we went to the aquarium which was a treat

We had a private tour for our family with Sandrine who was a great guide. She made the history come alive with interesting historical facts and tried to engage our kids throughout the tour. We all learned a lot and it was a really fun way to get oriented in Old Quebec!

Great tour, August 9, our guide was very knowledgeable and personable. Really enjoyed that we saw areas which were off the beaten path, away from the more touristy areas. I highly recommend this tour.

We took this tour on the afternoon of Christmas Eve. It was pouring rain. Even though the weather was much different that what we had envisioned, the tour was great! Our two children (7 & 10) remained engaged during the 2+ hour walk in the freezing rain and repeated dozens of interesting Quebec City facts when they spoke with family... More

We found Cicerone touring on the Internet when we booked our Canada and New England cruise. We are six very traveled seniors, looking to see beautiful and interesting places at our own pace, and lingering where we like it instead of being herded en mass on a big bus. Julien was very good at communicating in emails and we agreed... More
