We went to see the model RR display and ended up taking time to explore. With the flight school in Moose Jaw there are plenty of aviation displays, communication and other military items. The transportation section is very well done. I was impressed for a small city to have such a good museum.

What impressed me the most was the exhibit on the evolution of health care in Saskatchewan. I had lived through the introduction of Medicare in Saskatchewan. It brought back old memories and clarified a few things for me. I also like the poster on racism in Canada. Sadly we are doing it all over again.

Like a trip back in time the western Development Museum evoked many memories from the life of this Baby-Boomer! Lots of terrific items and artifacts - everything ranging from the Beatles to Boxcars and in-between! Something for everyone no matter their age.
