Vancouver has the outdoor Burnaby Village Museum with staff in period costumes. Calgary has the huge Heritage Park and found this gem in Saskatoon. Much smaller than the aforementioned but indoors which is great in the minus 20 weather. Enough to keep you busy for...More

You get to see early farm machinery from the 1900's. The chance to walk through an early prairie town site is awesome, and it gives one a feeling of living back in that period of time. It is truly a trip into that time period.
