This is a small museum, but they have a movie, some cool skeletons of animals from the ice age, and interesting tour guides. We got to try a hunting device called an atl atl (a simple device to help throw an arrow). Fun for an...More

A pleasant surprise near the airport. You can kill some time viewing the exhibits. Only a 10 minute walk to the airport.

So interesting to see the skeletons of animals that roamed the Yukon in prehistoric times including a wooly mammoth. They have interactive displays and show movies at various times of the day.

This is a highly educational choice. We learned so much. It was especially interesting because we had toured the Dredge at Dawson City - this Centre tied it all together. Staff are excellent.
