I have been to the Takhini hot springs many times over the years with this last visit this past week. The hot springs are not as hot as they once were. They seem to be cooling the water more than in the past. The "clear" fence that is around the pool is not clear and really blocks the view. If... More

The best things: it is a one of a kind natural hot springs. They do have a great restaurant featuring some local foods. It can be fun with large groups. What to expect: it's in a cement pool, not a natural pool like Liard hot springs. They can provide locks for lockers, sandals for walking, and towel rentals. Oh and... More

My visit to the hot springs was extraordinarily relaxing. The pool has two sections: one very hot and one that is cooler. The surrounding scenery is gorgeous. I highly recommend this if you need some rejuvenation.

The hot spring doesn't have luxurious looking facility, but very relaxing especially after skiing. I visited every evening for a week with my husband. There are 2 sections in the pool with different temperatures. I liked the hotter, my husband liked the cooler. We could soak in our preferred temperatures and still talk to each other over the divider. In... More

We came to the hot springs to relax and did we ever! I've never slept so well the night after leaving the hot springs. Prepare yourself the hot end is VERY hot but you cool down quickly on the other side. It's very pleasant in the hot end once you get used to it. We got to lounge in the... More

We actually walked from the Yukon Wildlife Preserve after the tour there. Took us more than 20 minutes on foot as the snow was deep and somehow we were not sure if we were on the right track. Anyway after some physical struggle with the snow we finally got there. The signage of the entrance was not very clear. (The... More

The pool itself is not as picturesque as you might hope. It's literally just a rectangular swimming pool and I think that was the biggest disappointment for me since I thought that it would be a more natural environment. Otherwise great though, great views of the mountains, lots of areas to sit in, two different temperature controlled areas that are... More

Was hoping for more. Not very clean. Aging. Would suggest a little more variety in pool options (e.g.: as a similar facility would have in Iceland for example).

Never experienced to have a swim at -15 *C temperatura, but the water was great! The logistic from the change room to the pool is very simple and you don't have to worry about the frozen wind.

A perfect place for family, friends and fun time with your loved ones, best time in winter, at night to experience the cold nights in a warm and cozy environment and pools .
