This is a great place and a must visit. It starts with a short tour of a very small section of the lush green farm which is more than 100 acres large. One gets to see plants of various spices including the second and the third most expensive spices in the world...Vanilla and Cardamom. The tour also shows cashews and... More

We went there to look out for a place to visit in Goa, it turned out to be the best visit of the day... The Plantation is 7 generations old, held by the family, progressively developed till present status. The entry fee catches you by surprise, at Rs 500 per head, but then you realise it's worth the money, it... More

The farm is a ~40kms from Calangute and the drive is also good. Initial set up seemed pretty nice, welcomed traditional Indian style. The presenter was knowledgeable and explained in detail about the various spice plants while they walk you through the garden. But later came to know she skipped the trip short and we missed on seeing some of... More

Lady who presented was nice enough but content seemed very artificial and limited. Felt like we were walking around a exhibition garden without much too look at. Was expecting a plantation. Also, pathways were not suitable for buggies or wheelchairs or even people with weak knees as the ground was very uneven and rocky and there uneven steps Wouldn't recommend... More

If you want to do something interesting other than beaches and clubs in Goa you must visit this place. You walk through a guided tour through all the spices growing there. Very well maintained. Very informative. And end they serve you staple healthy lunch and the bananas are so sweet. You can also buy a lot of spices there

I have visited this Spice Farm in August,2016 and starting from Entry Fee for Rs. 400, they have welcomed us and gave welcome drink. After that we have seen Plant and Spice Farm with a Guide who has described all about Spice and Plant. It is a very different experience for us to visit a Spice Farm and knowing about... More
