WE DID A morning and afternnon safari in this park.one in buffer and one in core zone. the jungle is amamxong. its a treat to see animal out in the open enjoiying their lievs. its a must visit for all nature lovers. its vastness is spellbinding. truly a wonderful place

We visited three parks and Kanha was the prettiest and also probably the quietest. Saw two tigers at very close range including a roaring male

There are many types of wild animals birds tree rivers there is many small fall to create a amazing place of nature Kanha Tiger Reserve, also called Kanha National Park, is one of the tiger reserves of India and the largest national park of Madhya Pradesh, state in the heart of India.

Kanha is a beautiful Park especially in the mist of the early morning, and the sunlight streaming through the trees. We had great sightings of a tiger on our first drive, but the remaining two drives were unsuccessful for tigers..... but we did get fantastic sightings of a jungle cat which is so much rarer than tiger anyway. if there is heaven on earth then it must be kanha , have travelled so many national parks but kanha just stands out from the misty meadows to the towering mountains it has all

Book your safari online in advance. If you are 3 to 6 people I suggest book the whole jeep. Tiger viewing is totally on luck but there are many other animals and birds worth looking for.

Excellent day out didn't see a tiger sadly but saw fresh paw prints. Was a 2am start from Jabalpur by car terrible roads ! Having booked to go there the initial registration via a local agent cost about ₹600 for 2. Arrived at gate at 5:30 am. Was absolutely freezing and were under dressed with only a jumper on. Mad... We had fun time in jeep safari, We saw some animals passing by the road but not many. I think there are more chances if we take morning session of Safari.

Visit of Kanha national park is a life time experience. You can see dense jungle, meadows, water streams, lots of animals and birds like spotted deers, Barasinga, Fox, Wild cat, Bison, peacock etc..And if you are really lucky like us then you can spot Tiger and Leapord. Possibility of sporting Tiger is high in summer season around April and May.... More

Kanha is the most wonderful forest i have visited. It is extremely large with 2 main gates mukki and kanha. You could visit the kanha zone from the mukki gates. The landscape in wonderful.
