The residence surroundings are nice and relaxing. The hotel room is clean, comfortable, properly equipped. The restaurant provides good food. May need more cleaning at the hot spring area to remove leaves from the area. You can have private hot spring Jacuzzy and spa too.

They should rent out proper hair cap to Muslim patron. It's kind of unhygiene to see Muslim lady wearing tudung into the pool. Worse when some even wear socks into the conceal pool. Disgusting.

Ticket prices were affordable, secluded location was good, service was OK. Man-made for families in general; large pools and slides were plus points! Natural hot springs were awesome, even my 5-year old girl loved the 40-degree Celsius pool =) Would love to come again.

Tickets for Malaysians are RM15 for adults, RM12 for kids. Tourists are higher, I forget but I think it's about double. Hope this helps.
Hi Guys Is grown up able to soak inside the pool? or it is just for kids and can soak only our feet? Thanks in advance!

Anybody can soak in the pool of their choice, from the cool mountain spring pool to the hot water pools around 50 degrees Celsius, if you can hack it.
