We stayed here several days for hiking, visiting Golubac fortress, swimming in Danube in Donji Milanovac, seeing cultural treasures like Lepenski Vir and the rock sculpture of Decebalus. Highly recommended!

We drove thru Đerdap on our way from Belgrade to Turnu Severin and then further to Romania. The view onto Danube river was wonderful and there was a lot of parking places where we could stop our car to rest and admire the unspoiled nature....More

We drove the length of the Danube on the Serbian side from Veliko Gradiste to Kladovo in some miserable rainy conditions but still couldn't fail to be impressed by the beauty of the scenery. The river itself varies from being as wide as an inland...More

Sailed through this national park and it's just beautiful. Wonderful little villages , camping grounds, high up roadways and tunnels and bike paths.

We stayed in Kladovo for one night only to be able to travel along the gorge road which has interesting views but towards Golubac the river becomes less interesting. Kladovo itself is not really worth a visit, with views of Romanian silos, factories and cranes.
