It was very fun to pass by this bridge, also, the modern and classical combination seen in the local architecture is stunning. Definitely a nice place, to walk around, take pictures and off course, to drive by.

This is a very unusual bridge. I've never seen one like this. Be very careful with your speed, if entering very fast you could take off.

Well, its a short bridge with 2 elevations ... i had some fun crossing it by car, but that's it. If you didnt rent a car i don't know if it worth taking a bus or taxi to get here ...

The bridge built in 1965 also received a poem by the famous pablo Neruda Between water and air shines the curved bridge between green and blue curvatures cement, two sinks and two abysses with bare unit a woman or a fortress supported by letters of concrete writing in the pages of the river. Pablo Neruda. [6]

Rather short bridge but due to its unusual form a definite must-see. Passed the bridge a couple of times on a local bus, definitely fun. PS: Go to Playa Bonita for a good angle if you wanna take pics.

This was a really wacky experience going over this bridge. We were on a coach tour and the driver just had to go fast over it. Hence my warning. Great fun!! Try it and see.

This bridge shold be crossed to visit Barra de Maldonado and Jose Ignacio. Most people love to cross it at maximun allowed speed due to its crazy design. Very good for pictures

A marvellous "domed" bridge made years ago by an engineering genius. Decades later the flow of traffic rendered it to narrow, so the Uruguayan government in a brilliant decision made another twin bridge next to it... exactly the same as the original with its two distinctive humps.
