A unique experiance you'll get nowhere else in the World.

Not a single right angle in the whole tower. A place you have to go, and by that enjoy the brewery tour and a free beer afterwards. It is absolutely amazing.

There is a certain hunt for weird and quirky architecture aimed to give a unique 'spirit of place' and identity. The Abensberg tower is actually a very interesting structure in a tiny town. Very late Hundretwasserian, with hold and organic features attracts hundreds of visitors. I must say I like it. If you are in Regensburg, it is only 30... More

A very nice brewery tour that includes a pretzel and a beer at the end (A nice little treat). The tour is only in German but you will get English notes, the video or audio explanations are also available in English. We did not have time to visit the town itself but have been told it is very pretty.

Visited here with our 2 kids (5 and 8 years old) in late-August. We toured the Hundertwasser Museum. We speak English and it was nice to also have English text to read as we walked through. The film didn't have English subtitles but that was fine as it was still very interesting. We then toured the factory and the tour... More

As the title says. This is one of the best Hundi's to view, and with a brewery attached (if you like brewery's) I found this much better than some of the Vienna destinations. Dont bother with the food just view and listen.

Kuchlbauer Brewery makes one of the Best Hefeweisen beers in Bavaria and therefore the world (Turmweiss). The 3 L bottles in the Gift shop alone are worth the trip, but then you have the tour through the brewery which ends at the tower (or Turm auf Deutsch). The tour cost a few Euro, but is not expensive and you have... More

The food was very basic. u go there just for a good atmosfer with a group. Nothing special just a cheap place to have a group meal.

Although I did not enter either the Turm, the brewery nor the Kunsthaus, I was already positively impressed by the whole thing. I could spent an hour in the shop, with its build-in golden tree and so many cool details. Since I brought too little money I could not enter, since it is quite expensive. Moreover, they did make the... More

The bad first. You can only get into the tower if you go on a skull-crushingly boring tour. The good is that after the tour of the brewery--which is a nice place and also full of Hundertwasser stuff--you are free to wander around in the tower by yourself at your own pace. And then you exit right into the bar,... More

We saw a sign for this tower on the freeway from Regensburg towards Ingolstadt, and decided to stop and see what it was. When in the region it is really worth the effort - very, very unusual and really nice. We were there quite late, just before closing time, so we did not get to enter the tower and see... More
