Go to the US Center for Disease Control and Prevention site, cdc . org Information is available there. I did that, but also made an appointment and saw a physician specializing in Travel Medicine. You should also.

During the day quite casual - most of the men wore shorts. In the evening one must at least wear a collar and tie but most men wore jackets. Ladies casual day wear and at night cocktail wear.
