Arch’s Iguana and Marine Reserve, we are dedicated to coral and marine life conservation. Through snorkel tours and lobster encounters we hope to show people another side to ocean life, one that needs to be respected and protected. My name is Samuel Arch. I am the son of Mr. Sherman Arch, founder of Arch’s Iguana and Marine Reserve. My father has imparted upon me a love for the ocean that can be replaced by no other. I am a third generation Arch. From childhood my father instilled in me the importance of conservation and protection. Throughout my life I have watched this reef go from baron and desolate to populated and thriving. At Arch’s Aquatic Adventure, we guarantee that your time on the island will be time well spent, and full of marvelous experiences which you can share with your family and friends.

My 7 year old loved this place! She petted and picked up iguanas for over an hour. Iguanas were every where. Thank goodness we found a bench to sit on and we just let her wander around. It's pricey for what you get to do...More

If you don't like lizards, don't go here :) As the photos demonstrate, there is liteally a huge pile of iguanas are you enter the park. To be honest, there's not much else, but for $10, the sheet number of iguanas is worth it.

I thought $10 a person was a bit much to see some iguanas, a couple of birds and some large barracuda. You can see the whole park in a few minutes and really would not keep the attention of teenagers, maybe small kids.

While going to another spot in the neighborhood we came upon Arch's. As you enter this small rustic area, there are dozens (hundreds?) of iguanas moving about. The staff person gave each of us leaves on long branches and the iguanas swarmed for a snack....More

We've been to Arches twice - in 2016 and 2017- it's true, the iguanas are very cool and it's fun to see the monkeys and big fish. But the hidden gem of this attraction is the guided snorkel trips with Samuel Arch! You can reserve...More

We visited here as part of a sightseeing/snorkel tour with Roatan Ocean Adventures. The number of iguanas that great you is amazing. The best part is feeding them leaves. The site also includes two caged primates and a gift shop.

The kids really wanted to stop and see the iguanas at this attraction. It's not really a very long activity, but they loved it. It costs $10 to enter and there are basically just iguanas everywhere. You can touch them and feed them a couple...More

Iguanas in the Caribbean have historically been a food source for locals. Fortunately Arch has crested thus refuge Check it out if looking for something to do while on Roatan

We were advised there were better things to do on our short stop in Honduras but really wanting to visit we thought we'd give it a go. $10 per person is a bit steep for what essentially is work in progress. We understand the attraction...More

They are rescued but don't believe that they will be turned loose. This is a great facility - even rescues and care for injured and old Iguanas. Well worth the visit.

Yes, it's $10 to get in and then $1 to feed them. It's a rescue center so it is funded through these fees. We did enjoy interacting with them, but we did not feed them. They like being held! No feeding necessary.
