A Must See

Mother nature is unravelling and forming new paths. Relaxing and rumble of the river flowing over the rocks. Nice view and historical.

We went in the winter and climbed down to the frozen river. We were able to go down under the "natural bridge" and see the frozen waterfall. You could also hear the water flowing behind the frozen waterfall. It was definitely something amazing to explore during the winter.

Compared to the other sites in the area, this one was a bit underwhelming. But in the grand scheme, this is still an amazing site. If it is in your path then I recommend seeing it, if not, skip it and check out something else in the park.

The natural bridge is near Emerald Lake and has a separate parking lot. The bridge is very near the parking lot. It is a very special sight to see. You can watch the bridge from the point where the water goes under the bridge, at a viewing place made out of concrete. If you walk a bit further, you can... More

Our boys (ages six, eight and ten) and us loved walking to the outflow, under the natural bridge. Caution is urged to ensure the water to the outflow is frozen. Once there, inside the "cave" was beautiful as it was covered in frozen ice.

What a great location and close to parking so not alot of hiking required, but if you want to do more, you can. This was very pretty, and I love how you can go out on the natural bridge (please be careful if you do). Great site!!

Plenty of parking close by and fairly easy access (as I am on crutches) to access viewpoints to see The Natural Bridge. Worth stopping to see it if you are also visiting Emerald Lake.

The Natural Bridge is a rock which has been eroded through by the Kicking Horse River, making the rock resemble a bridge. It’s pretty impressive to see and makes you realize how powerful nature truly is! The colour of the water in the river was stunning and the surrounding scenery was gorgeous. If you’re traveling to or from Emerald Lake,... More

This is ok if you make it your first stop at the Rockies, on your way to the Emerald Lake... It won't make enough of an impression after you've seen the other sights in the Rockies.
