Really enjoyed our annual visit to see the snowdrops. Please can we have some disabled, motor-home parking bays, or even, just some motor-home specific parking bays?

Took mother in law who is in a wheelchair to see the snowdrops, a cold bright afternoon with the plants forming brilliant carpets and drifts of white in the winter sun. It’s quite hard work pushing wheel chair on pea gravel so be prepared to...More

This is not the only review to begin with the word "delightful". No apologies, this sums the place up. The house itself is lovely, do not miss the adjacent earlier version. Inside the rooms are nice enough but the art collection is lovely. The, mostly...More

This was a quick visit and it’s a place I’d love to come back to in different seasons. It is an excellent example of a late Elizabethan Manor House. The original Norman one sits next to it and you can go in as well. The...More

Visited to see the house decorated for CHristmas - not disappointed. Stunning architecture and gardens and inside the rooms on view were beautiful. The decorations were inspiring.

I don't recall ever seeing any mobility aids being provided by the Property. It is possible to access large parts of the gardens with your own mobility aids. The walled garden has paved pathways and ramps. The hard gravel... More
