We were directed here by a local and we're so glad! We had paid approx $60 for the two of us to go to the suspension bridge park to see the Christmas lights the night before, and we're disappointed because it was too dark by...More

Its very pretty here. The hiking is a little tricky; lots of steps and the wooden trails are mostly wet. The suspension bridge can get crowded. The water falls are pretty and worth the hike. It was easy for us to find and we didn't...More

Big shout out to Emma (She knows her stuff!) at the Eye of the Wind, and to Lyndsey and the lumberjacks on the show. The resort/park is amazing, great and friendly staff, and the views are wonderful. So close to the city, definitely worth a...More

What a great park. The suspension bridge has an amazing view and isn't too scary for young and old to attempt. (The metal the steps are made of can be a bit slippery in the rain, fyi).We continued on to visit the 30 foot pool...More

This is a great escape from the city. Located in North Van, I think you need a car to visit. The Lynn Canyon suspension bridge, although not the popular suspension bridge is worth seeing. This is a busy park but once you get away from...More

Lynn Canon Park is a great get-away from the city - about a 1/2 hour drive from Vancouver on a weekend. There's free parking which is a bonus and no entrance fee. I suggest starting at the suspension bridge, which can get a bit crowded,...More

My wife and I visited Vancouver in early July and were looking for a good hike/outdoor adventure. Naturally, Grouse Mountain and Capilano Suspension Bridge Park were the first to come up on Google and travel brochures (both very pricey too). However, Lynn Canyon Park popped...More

See my Lynn canyon suspension bridge review. I explained the park in there as well. . What I forgot to add is that the park has a nice eating and sitting area that serves food and sweets.

Take a hike at Lynn Canyon where you can float in the river and take in the fresh air and scenery. Be sure to bring a "floatie" as the water is quite cold and you cannot "swim" unless you feel like having all your limbs...More

Yes, all the trails make a loop, so you can get there, but it is a much longer route to go there and back instead of making the loop. But the entire park is gorgeous, so would be a nice hike. And yes, MANY stairs as... More
