This is a beautiful lake which. less than two weeks before our visit, had been at its highest level for 46 years and there was localised flooding. The level of the lake was still high but at least there was no longer any flooding. Although...More

Warmest lake or at least that’s what they tell you! But this is a pretty lake with many resorts and a great size town. The people here call this the Sonoran desert of Canada but this is nothing like Arizona or California! This place is...More

Our resort sat on the lake so we watched the view from our balcony everyday. We were amazed at the pristine stillness of this water. Lots of ducks and birds thrive here. When the wind whipped up in a rain then we saw the turbulence...More

What a beautiful place to visit and enjoy the many walking paths around both sides of the lake. Flora and fauna abound to give pleasure to the eye and camera lens.

Spent a great day walking around this place and the town itself. It was raining so not the best impression but the lake was stunning and the locals were lovely. Osoyoos has suffered from terrible flooding which is a tragedy. Hopefully it wont have done...More

There is a beach for any kind of activity. There are places to kayak and see wildlife up close. The water is super warm. The beaches are well kept up. There are lovely walkways and plenty of places to stop

The lake is warm and beautiful. The wind storms come up on you though so check the forecast before going out boating.

This south Okanagen gem has seen better times. I guess if your are in business there, then all good. Too many people on the lake, big boats no brain operators, too many everything on the water. Not really patrolled unless you illegally enter the US...More

Great lake for boating, warm water, uncrowded. Osoyoos is becoming an annual boating trip for us. Only issue that we've had is with high water our boat (with tower) is a challenge to get under the bridge in town, not a problem when water levels...More

Sun Beach Motel is right on the water and is one of the only motels with a dock. It is also the only one that faces south. The rest face north onto the lake or to the east.
