We went there for the Polar Bear Express. What a great building that has been untouched as far as ‘historically’. The volunteers and staff are exceptional, knowledgeable and show great enthusiasm for what they are doing. The icing on the cake was when Tony, our...More

Museum is inexpensive and you can get through it in an hour or two. We enjoyed the dental car... a bit of railway history around a dentist and family traveling through northern Ontario and doing dental work from the railway car.

The Railway Museum is very nice and quaint and brings forth the old town charm people like to see. The rail-cars are well maintained and it is a great place for taking pictures with train carriages.

We just had a great day at Train Fest. The train ride in the caboose was short but interesting. The horse wagon ride was kind of long but interesting. Some neat model train displays and a yummy bbq for lunch. The admission and cost of...More

The railway museum was worth the detour, although it's a short visit of about an hour. We could visit seven railway cars in total, along with the main unit.
