Best for beginner to int skiers. Good, friendly place. Could be cheaper considering these are not big hills.

Had a wonderful day of skiing here, this is by no means Whistler but there are lots of different kinds of runs for every level of skier. The staff was very friendly and it didn't break my wallet.

I come here very often with family and friends. The conditions are always great, unless there has been rain the day before. The hills are almost always groomed, and you hardly ever see any ice patches. Depending on what type of food you buy in the cafeteria it can be cheap but it can also be a little on the... More

We decided to get away for a family ski holiday to finish the Christmas holiday season and chose Hidden Valley. We were not disappointed! The hills had plenty of snow and while this is their busy season we didn't have to wait in any lines. The three quad chairs really speed things up. The staff both inside the lodge and... More

My husband and I booked a 4 day excursion to Muskoka Hidden Valley resort expecting to use their boats, beach, games room, hiking trails, dining room, and pool and to have a comfortable room as offered on their website. We found the beach and boats were closed, the games room was not free with the room, the restaurant offerings held little... More

small ski resort right beside our hotel which made it convenient for our one day of skiing without having to travel away from our hotel. It would help if the resort upgraded to high speed lifts as they are the slow old type chairs

This is where we learnt how to ski...and children enjoy the terrain park. They do have more challenging hills to try once you have escalated from beginner to intermediate. Great to spend a lovely morning/afternoon solo or with friends and family

Enjoyed an afternoon of boarding with my son and a friend. The pink granite rock cuts were uniquely Muskoka. The lake view from the hill tops were captivating. Indeed, short line-ups compensated for the shorter runs (about 1/3 it seemed) of Collingwood on average. At about 40$/day compared to about 60$/day at bigger hills. Food prices were about the same... I have come to Hidden Valley to ski on and off over the years (stay at HV resort across the street)- but more so when I was younger. Now that I have kids I brought them here to ski because I like that it is not crowded and that the hills are the right size for them. If you are... More

Decided to take our Brother to Huntsville skiing for the long weekend and we were not disappointed.
